Tazewell County Career and Technical Center (TCCTC) will be offering more free FANUC robot operator certification courses.  Robotic/FANUC courses will help students learn and excel in automation. Students will learn on FANUC robots throughout the courses. FANUC is the world’s leading manufacturing supplier for automation including robotics, CNCs and Motion Control, and ROBOMACHINE machining centers. Learning these valuable skills will enable students to work in production plants in many industries that require robots. Some things that FANUC Robots can do are assemble car windshields, computer keyboards, airplane components, and package finished products. FANUC robots are also utilized for welding and parts transfers and in the pharmaceutical, warehousing, agriculture, metals, foundry, and composites industries. Students enrolled in our courses will even learn how to repair FANUC robots which is highly beneficial to industry leaders.

Prospective students who still need to get the OSHA 10 General Industry Certification must complete it before the first day of class.  Upon successful completion of the course, students may submit a request for reimbursement for the cost of the OSHA 10 General Industry Certification.
